## Key benefits

Auditors and governance tools want the data in a file. Pulling it together from screens takes time and leaves room for mistakes.

Export the accounts of any application to CSV, or all applications in one go. Campaign exports hold every decision with the reviewer, the time and the comments. Each application export also lists the groups and roles of every account. Files stay available to download for seven days.

## How it works

1. **1. Pick an application or campaign** Or export every application at once.
2. **2. Let the export finish** Large exports work in the background and show their status.
3. **3. Download the CSV** Files stay available for seven days.

## Getting started

Exports are part of Hydden for all customers.

**Need configuration detail?** Technical documentation is available to customers after sign-in.
