## Use case

HR knows who works for you. Your other systems only know usernames. Hydden collects employee records from Dayforce, with each person's title, department and location, and uses them as the owners of the accounts it finds everywhere else.

## Why it matters

An account with no owner is an account nobody reviews. Dayforce tells Hydden who each one belongs to.

## How it works

1. **1. Collect from Dayforce** Employee records, with title, department and location.
2. **2. Name the owners** Each employee becomes the owner of their accounts in your other systems.
3. **3. Spot the leftovers** Accounts that belong to nobody on the payroll stand out.

The Dayforce data source is available to all customers. Add it like any other source in Hydden.

## Key benefits

Let's say John, an IAM lead, uses Dayforce for HR. An auditor asks him to prove every admin account belongs to a current employee. Here is what Hydden does.

1. Collects the employee list from Dayforce.
2. Matches each admin account to the employee who owns it, with their title and department.
3. Lists the admin accounts that match no current employee.
