Jira Connector For Hydden
Hydden now connects to Jira Cloud, so you can see who can reach each project and run access approvals as Jira tickets.
Use case
Jira holds the work, and often the approvals for access too. The Jira connector brings projects, users, groups, tickets and audit activity from Jira Cloud into Hydden, and lets Hydden open, update and close tickets.
Why it matters
Approvals happen where your teams already work, and every change is linked to the ticket that approved it.
How it works
1. Collect from Jira
Projects, users, groups, tickets and audit activity.
2. Approve in Jira
An access request opens a ticket, and its approval starts the change.
3. Close the loop
Hydden comments on the ticket when the change is done or fails.
