## Use case

PingOne decides who can sign in to your apps, but it only sees its own users. Hydden collects users, groups, administrator roles and applications from PingOne, with each user's group memberships and role assignments, and puts them beside the accounts it finds everywhere else.

## Why it matters

A PingOne admin role is a powerful account. Seeing it next to the same person's other accounts shows who really holds that power.

## How it works

1. **1. Collect from PingOne** Users, groups, admin roles and apps, with each user's memberships and roles.
2. **2. Join the identity record** Each PingOne user is matched to the same person's accounts in your other systems.
3. **3. Act in PingOne** In Hydden, change accounts, group memberships and roles in PingOne.

The PingOne data source is available to all customers. Add it like any other source in Hydden.

## Key benefits

Let's say John, an IAM lead, runs PingOne for sign-in and Active Directory for everything else. An auditor asks who holds PingOne admin roles. Here is what Hydden does.

1. Lists every PingOne admin role and the users who hold it.
2. Shows each of those users with their other accounts, so a stale admin stands out.
3. Lets John remove the role in PingOne from Hydden.
