SailPoint governs the applications it knows about. Hydden collects from SailPoint IdentityIQ and Identity Security Cloud, puts that data beside every other system, and uploads accounts, service accounts and roles to SailPoint so more applications are governed with complete data.

## Why it matters

Applications SailPoint does not know about are left out of its access reviews. Hydden brings them in with their accounts and roles already matched to owners.

## How it works

1. **1. Collect from SailPoint** IdentityIQ and Identity Security Cloud, with their roles.
2. **2. Join the identity record** SailPoint data sits beside the same people's accounts in your other systems.
3. **3. Upload to SailPoint** Accounts, service accounts and roles, with schemas ready for the first aggregation.

## Screens and documentation

The SailPoint data source is available to all customers. Add it like any other source in Hydden.

## Key benefits

Let's say John, an IAM lead, runs SailPoint Identity Security Cloud. Several applications are not onboarded yet, and their service accounts have no owner. Here is what Hydden does.

1. Collects the accounts from those applications and matches them to owners.
2. Uploads them to SailPoint, with service accounts as their own object type.
3. Lets John review the same accounts in SailPoint like any other application.
