## Use case

For many companies, Teams is where work gets discussed and decided. The Teams connector brings teams and channels into Hydden, and lets Hydden post messages to a channel.

## Why it matters

Alerts reach the team that owns the problem, in the place they already read.

## How it works

1. **1. Collect from Teams** Teams and their channels.
2. **2. Watch for changes** A Hydden agent watches for the identity changes you care about.
3. **3. Post to the channel** Hydden posts the alert to the team that needs to act.

## Key benefits

Let's say John, an IAM lead, wants app owners to hear about risky access in the channel they already use. Here is what Hydden does.

1. Spots a new account with admin rights on the payroll app.
2. Posts it to the payroll team's Teams channel.
3. Names the account and its owner, so the team can review it.
