Automated Provisioning In Preview
Create accounts in Microsoft Entra ID, open Jira tickets and add people to groups when identity data changes.

Joiners wait for accounts, and access review decisions wait for someone to carry them out. Each handoff is a ticket a person has to read and act on.
Provisioning rules act when identity data changes. Hydden can create and update accounts and group memberships in Microsoft Entra ID, and open tickets in Jira, with approvals mapped from your Jira statuses. Administrators can turn provisioning on or off for the whole tenant. Provisioning started in preview and is Now GA for all customers.
How it works
1. Connect the target
Microsoft Entra ID for accounts, Jira for tickets.
2. Write a rule
Choose the change that starts it and what it should do.
3. Approve in Jira
Jira statuses map to approved, rejected or pending.
